The College reserves the right to enter and inspect students’ rooms and the contents thereof at any time. The reasons for such entry and inspection may include, but are not limited to, conducting health and safety inspections, insuring compliance with the College’s housing policies and other rules, investigating suspected violations of those policies or rules, or acting in the interests of the safety or well-being of the occupant or others.
