Director of Parent and Family Programs
I help Williams families become productive educational partners in their students’ undergraduate experience.
My most important work is one-on-one with parents and families who have any questions or concerns whatsoever. Please feel free to reach out to me at any time.
I oversee summer send-off parties for first-year students and families, Move-In Day programs and Family Days, family website and communications, specialized programming for international and first-generation college families, and support senior families attending Commencement. I can also help you understand Williams’ legal responsibility to protect your students’ privacy, and our educational commitment to support their students’ transition to full, independent adulthood.
All three of my children attended Williams, and I’ve worked here since 1999—first as director of alumni relations and development, then as deputy director of communications, and now as director of parent and family programs. I’ve also held positions at Princeton University, Brown University, and The Lawrenceville School, and I’ve provided communications counsel to dozens of higher education institutions across the U.S.
