I am originally from New York City and I am one of the first in my family to attend college.  During my undergraduate years at Dartmouth, I majored in History and took advantage of opportunities to travel the world by participating in multiple faculty-led study abroad programs in Latin America.  My most memorable college experience was during my sophomore summer fellowship with the Student Affairs Office at Diné College, the country’s first college established by Native Americans for Native Americans.  Working closely with first generation college students from a wide range of ages and experiences helped me realize that I really loved working with students.

Prior to coming to Williams, I served as both an academic advisor and program coordinator at The University of Texas at Austin where I built out programs designed to create more inclusive communities for students from all different backgrounds.   After several years at UT Austin, I decided to try something different and joined Google in their recruiting space.  With a focus on diversity and inclusion, I worked with the leadership recruiting team and was charged with mapping and engaging some of the world’s most brilliant candidates for Google’s Principal and Distinguished Engineering opportunities.  As Assistant Dean, I will not only support all members of the senior class as they transition into their post-college lives but will also partner with Dean Ruiz and the Williams Firsts community on initiatives and programming.

Outside of my time working with students, I enjoy hiking, biking, attending cultural events, and exploring new places to eat.
