Mo Lotif, Class of 2011, Chandler Fellow studying Baul Music

Mohamed Lotif, Class of 2011, of Hamtramck,  Michigan,was an American Studies major at Williams.  Upon his graduation Mo was awarded the Class if 1945 Florence Chandler Fellowship to explore the intersection between creative expression, social change, and spirituality through the lens of Baul music.   Mo traveled to Bangladesh and India.  He’ll return to campus in September 2012 to give his report to the members of the C lass of 1945 and the college community.
